这个紫色的汉堡叫purle rain，是由紫薯面包➕蜂蜜培根➕土豆泥可乐饼➕生菜➕蛋黄酱组成的，可以说是超级厚实了[鼓掌]口味上，是我喜欢的real burger做法，手工牛肉饼带着奶香黄油香，培根是honey glazed，煎的脆脆的，土豆饼外脆里嫩，紫薯面包也是黄油煎过，外脆里软，一口咬下去口感丰富但又平衡。还有一条酸黄瓜配着吃，来中和油腻感。唯一问题可能是太厚了，一口根本咬不下去啊[笑cry]店里风格是我们走进来的原因，装修特别美式复古，涂鸦摇滚机车元素，同时也把细节做到位，开放式厨房能清楚看到汉堡制作过程，又不会觉得油烟味道大很呛。
